The agent should directly contact AIG Travel so we can start assisting ASAP by calling 800.454.7107, where we are open 24/7 to assist. If the agent is talking to the client and cannot conference in with AIG Travel, the best thing the agent can do is the following:

  • Gather information
  • Name where they can be reached
  • Obtain the policy number and find out what is happening

We can then contact the client directly and start helping immediately from there.
