Christmas is right around the corner and it’s a very popular time to travel even in 2020, so I wanted to share some fun Christmas destination ideas with our guests.
Universal Resorts Orlando – Universal is already decking the halls, or the streets, prepping for an amazing Christmas season.
There will be unique Christmas events and, if you have never been a theme park during the Holiday Season, I highly recommend it.
Universal is fun year round but there is something extra special about the Christmas season.
Ski Resorts – A Ski resort increases the chances that you will have a white Christmas.
If you are dreaming of a white Christmas, then a Ski Resort to a mountain town. Even if you don’t ski, this could be your dream come true.
Mexico and the Caribbean – These destinations have been open for most of the summer and fall. They have great protocols in place and seamless processes at this point.
My team and I have spent a lot of time in Mexico getting first hand experience on the plans and protocols these destinations have in place.
If you want a sun filled, safe and fun destination we recommend Mexico and the Caribbean.
Costa Rica – This destination has worked hard to roll out new travel protocols starting November 1st, 2020.
With many of the activities taking place outdoors at this destination, it’s a great place to celebrate the Christmas season with fun social distanced activities.
National Parks in the USA – The parks have done an amazing job of reopening this summer and the Christmas and winter season can be very fun at lots of the parks.
The Grand Canyon Railroad has fun holiday events.
Walt Disney World – The most magical place on earth is extra magical for the Christmas season.
If you are a Disney World fan, then adding a trip during the Holiday Season should be at the top of your list. Walt Disney World will celebrate the 2020 Holiday Season with modified events this year, but as one of my guest’s says “ It’s different, but still Disney”.
