Hilton always goes the extra mile for families, and this resort was no exception. My son absolutely loved the kids’ club—his favorite yet! The multi-story indoor climbing net was a sensory dream, and the thoughtfully curated hands on activities had him begging to go back each day. This gave me the perfect excuse to slip away next door to the Conrad Spa for a relaxing hydrotherapy session and massage!
Playgrounds, Pools & The Perfect Beach Balance
The playground was next-level—interactive, and designed for pure fun. And when it came to choosing between the beach or pool, we didn’t have to! Yes, some areas of the beach were rocky, but that made for the best discoveries—we found crabs and starfish nestled in the tide pools. Plus, Hilton has placed barriers in the cove to keep harsh waves out, making it a calm, safe spot for little ones to play.
The pools were equally fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and complete with poolside service. One of the highlights? Enjoying fresh churros and ice cream just steps from the water. For younger kids, the water slides and splash areas made it easy for non-swimmers to soak up the fun in a safe and engaging way.

Hilton Tulum truly strikes the perfect balance—giving parents the ease of an all-inclusive experience while not compromising on pools, kids’ activities, and overall quality. From start to finish, it was an effortless, fun-filled getaway, and I can’t wait to return!
