The new Walt Disney World Packages for 2022 were recently released on February 16, 2021. There are some really exciting things coming up for 2022 at Walt Disney World!
The BIGGEST event in store is going to be the 50th Year Celebration!!! If you know Walt Disney World, then you know Disney knows how to throw a party.
The 50th Celebration will officially begin on October 1, 2021, but as we know with Disney, we expect this celebration to go on for about 12 to 18 months.
This will be an epic celebration!!

Star Wars: Galactic Star Cruiser- Coming to Walt Disney World Resort in 2021
We are hoping in 2021 and 2022 to book our guest stays at Disney’s newest resort: the Star Wars: Galactic Star Cruiser. This resort is going to be A 2-Night, All-Immersive Adventure.

Disney Attractions to Look Forward to in 2022
These are rides that we are hoping to see open either before 2022, or at some point during 2022.
- Tron Lightcycle Power Run At Disney’s Magic Kingdom

- “Guardians of the Galaxy” inspired coaster at Epcot

- This attraction has been in an ongoing process of getting new updates, and we are hoping to see many of them complete by 2022.
All of these new attractions are thrilling, however I think I am the most excited to see the first attraction inspired by Mary Poppins. It will be in Epcot’s UK pavilion, and you can learn more here.
In addition to these, we are expecting many more surprises and events for the end of 2021 and into 2022 with the arrival of the 50th Celebration.
