Hey there! My name is Trisha Englehardt and I live in Washington, IL – a suburb of Peoria, Illinois, with my husband, two boys and our adorable kitty Jackson. I worked in Information Technology as an IT Supervisor for 10 years before taking a break to start a family. We’ve always traveled as a family and I took a leap of faith in turning my love of travel into a profession in January 2019.
I enjoy watching my boys playing sports and doing the things they love which currently includes baseball, swimming, track, chess, and percussion. Aside from that, my hobbies include all things travel – whether it be out exploring new destinations, researching resort locations and amenities or attending supplier trainings – it is my passion (or obsession…as my husband might refer to it!)
Why I became a Travel Agent
I’ve always loved to travel! As my boys grew and I considered how I wanted to return to the workforce, I knew I wanted to do something I was passionate about (and good at!). Being a travel agent allows me the chance to experience new destinations and play a small role in helping my clients enjoy unforgettable experiences with the people they love.

I enjoy active vacations and exploring new places, so cruising is always a favorite! I also love Disney World and All-Inclusive resorts with a ton of on-site activities and offsite excursions (because my kids prefer being entertained! 😂). And we are a baseball loving family on a quest to visit every MLB ballpark – currently sitting at 11 so far!
Some of My Favorite Places to Book Travel Experiences
Hawaii – a bucket list vacation for sure, there’s nothing like the beauty of these islands and the culture of its people. Active volcanoes, the sunrise at Haleakala, the history of Pearl Harbor, the massive cliffs on the Napali Coast of Kauai, whale watching in Maui, sea turtles galore, and surfing… there’s something for everyone! I’ve personally visited the islands three times before and can’t wait to take my boys on our upcoming vacation in 2024.
Alaska – I’m not outdoorsy by nature, but you just can’t NOT fall in love with the scenery and beauty of Alaska. A cruisetour (cruise & land) is the perfect way to experience it!
Disney World – we’ve gone at all ages (from 3 – 14 years old) and never tire of it. I’m a master at Genie+ and provide my clients hands on tutorials prior to their trip to get the most of the service!
Caribbean – that turquoise blue water… it’s to die for! I love matching my clients personality and interests to an island where they can either just relax and recharge at an All-Inclusive or get out there exploring what makes each island unique.
